We build a garden wall

This was a popular dance, which was done with ordinary walking steps. The dance is medieval, but the text is written later.

Stand in two rows facing each other, the boys to the right and the girls to the left.

  1. The boys walk four steps forward

  4. The girls walk four steps forward
     
  5. The girls walk four steps backward

  7. The first couple walks hand in hand between the rows and stands in the end of the line.
